If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not informed us of a return, unfortunately we CAN NOT offer you a store credit or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must also be in theoriginal packagingand RECEIVED within those 7 days (not a postmarked package). SHIPPING: Shipping will be between $6-$12 as shipping prices will reflect the number of items and WEIGHT of the package. 

Ready To Ship Items: Will have a processing time of 2-4 business days. We ship 2-3 days a week 

Items will either be shipped as soon as payment is made (ready to ship items) OR as soon as they arrive here at the boutique after payment has been made (pre-order items).
